Ireera Health Care Limited provides domiciliary care services to vulnerable adults aged 18-65 and adults who are 65+ with dementia and physical disabilities. Our experienced staff can help service users to become more independent by providing care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our service users. We offer a range of services to help service users become more independent, including:
- Housekeeping and cooking
- Informal counselling for emotional difficulties
- Befriending and chatting with clients/guests
- Monitoring and supervising compliance with medication
- Access to counselling in areas such as drug and alcohol, anger management, self-harm, and safeguarding
